Gender Ultrasound- I'm Growing a Penis!

I'm hoping our baby doesn't look like this.
So we had our gender ultrasound on Monday and we found out that we're cooking a boy child.  I had a feeling it was a boy- especially since Michael and I had agreed on a girl name already.  Finding a boy name has been a battle.  I liked Austin but Michael said it sounded too white trash.  (I completely disagree by the way).  He then suggested names like Apollo and Frankenstein.  ha......ha.  He finally made a serious suggestion, Connor, which I am ok with (Yay!)  So after our gender ultrasound we decided to go to Babys r Us to do our registry.  Talk about the blind leading the blinder.  We kept looking at each other like "Do we need all this stuff???"  Neither one of us knows.  I have three nephews who I adore, however, I have no idea what kind of breast pump I might need or what type of bottles to get?  They don't teach this stuff in college.  We basically registered for a bunch of nonesense and we'll see what we end up getting :)  On another note- it seems like everything we really need is ridiculously expensive!  From a crib to a stroller, carseats, bouncers, high chair.... it's unreal.  I need to start manufacturing cute baby stuff.

Another thing to note is that lately I've started to feel the baby kick.  I have a hard time describing what it's like except to say- it feels like gas bubbles bursting in your stomach.  He really likes to move around at night when I'm about to go to sleep.  It was funny during the ultrasound on Monday because the kid scratched himself.  Typical male- rearranging the furniture in front of everyone.  Dr. Chotiner, some MD student, Michael, and his mother.
